List of Persons Sentenced to Capital Punishment in Palestine

1+2. Death penalty has been executed against Mohammad and ra'ed Abu Sultan on 30/8/98 by gun fire in the Palestinian Policeh Headquarters Gaza with the presence of: Minister of justice, Minister of Housing and members of the Legislative Council: Jamila Saydam, Kamal Alsharafi, Jawad Altibi, Rawhi Fatouh, Jalal al-Masdar and also 10 members of his family.

3. Execution has been implemented on 26/2/1999, he was arrested on 22/2/1999

4. President Yasser Arafat approved the execution on the 12/1/2001, it was implemented on 13/1/2001 by gun fire with the presence of 8 members of the family of martyr Ibrahim Bani Odeh.

5. President Yasser Arafat approved the execution on the 12/1/2001, it was implemented on 13/1/2001 by gun fire at Arafat Police College in Gaza.

6. He was shot by the administration of Gaza Central prison on 9/9/2001, and the central porison authorithy claimed that he tried to escape.
