Product label is an important "status symbol" of a product, and
traditional label uses direct screen printing, heat shrinkable
labels, and self-adhesive labels to mark products. However, in the
frozen product industry, traditional labels are easy edge curling,
blistering, and shedding caused by freezing and dampness will
affect the next product sales. The birth of in-film stickers is the
beginning of a good change to this phenomenon. This is a new label
packaging form that is different from the traditional,both strong
and beautiful, and It is also widely used in other industries in
the packaging field. The existence of in-mold stickers not only
makes the overall cost of the product significantly lower than
traditional labels and direct silk screen printing, but also, the
entire body of the in-mold trademark is made of polyolefin
materials, which can be crushed and reused with the container
without being peeled off, and no secondary pollution occurred.
However, in the production process, after the film is blow molded,
it cannot be detected separately. Therefore, in the production
process, through the detection of the product appearance, possible
problems in the production line can be analyzed, and Keye Tech will
design a overall detection plan for the cup body, systemically
detect the packaging details of the product.
1. Detecting products

2. Detection principle
Through the docking conveying device (the product needs to be
output in a straight line with the mouth facing upwards, and the
product spacing must be kept above the radius of the cup mouth),
the products are transferred to a specific station in a stable and
orderly manner,and then the high-pixel sample image taken by the
industrial camera is transferred to the image processing software,
and the standard sample is compared and analyzed to determine the
good product and the defective product, and control the
corresponding pneumatic to remove the defective products and
finally collect the qualified products.
The software will open the sample comparison standard, and the
production personnel on the customer site can control the
comparison accuracy and choose the accuracy standard most suitable
for their own production conditions, thereby controlling the
product defect rate.
3, Detecting details
Our design plan adopts 14 sets of high-pixel industrial cameras and
high-performance stroboscopic light sources to carry out a full
range of visual detection for the appearance defects of the bottle
body. The detection speed is 120 pieces per minute. The equipment
can realize 7*24 hours of operation, and the unqualified products
can be automatically rejected online.
The whole set of detecting equipment includes mechanical parts,
visual electronic hardware and detecting system software. The
entrance and exit of the detecting machine can be integrated with
the on-site conveyor line (see the design drawings for details),
and can be connected to the upstream and downstream production
equipment according to the specific production needs of the

The detection equipment needs to be maintained and cleaned
regularly during use (such as conveyor belt cleaning, camera
cleaning, etc.), and the counting function can be realized after
the finished product is detected.
(1) Mechanical part:
The mechanical part is the core component of the system, which
carries all the transmission devices and electronic hardware

The conveyor belt adopts a vacuum adsorption belt to adsorb and fix
the sample on the surface of the belt without sliding, so that the
picture can be accurately taken.
(2) Hardware part:
The hardware part includes camera, lens, light source, high-speed
air valve, computer, touch screen and other electrical equipment.
(3) Detection software:
The software is the master control platform of the equipment, and
the specific functions are as follows:
- Enable and close the system detection function
- Adjustment of detection index parameters and accuracy.
- Template sampling and storage, sample detection information storage
- Camera screen calibration function
- System real-time production information (qualified rate, total
output, speed, etc.) display, historical production information
browsing, export and storage functions.
- Permission management based on the login account (such as general
operation users disable parameter adjustment permissions)
- Operation and adjustment of the mechanical part of the system (such
as the opening of the transmission device, the control of the
cylinder, the adjustment of the alarm signal)
