This equipment is characterized by annular type structure of heat exchanger, high efficiency, energy- -saving and easy operation. It is widely used for the sterilization of liquid materials like fresh milk, sauce, beverages, liquors and also used for the sterilization of soybean milk and liquid medicine. If mated with homogenizer, this equipment can also be used at materials with high viscosity like beet condensed milk and etc.

Complete fruit juice processing machinery procedure

1. Water treatment system

Raw water -> raw water tank -> raw water high pressure pump->multi- medium filter (Quartz sand filter) -> active carbon filter-> sodium ion exchanger-> water pump-> precision filter -> RO device ->ozone device ->pure water tank

Remark: Supply water for juice blending tank and washing-filling-capping units

2. Juice preparation making treatment system

Plate UHT sterilizer

It is mainly used for heating and sterilizing sensitive liquids such as fruit juice, tea and alcohol etc...The sterilization temperature is 85-135ºC, the capacity is 1-15T. The control components are all internationally famous brands.

Pipe UHT sterilizer

It is mainly used for high viscosity, large flesh and acidic drinks, such as fresh juice, jam and coffee etc...., The sterilization temperature is 80-137ºC, the capacity is 1-15T, The control components are all internationally famous brands.

High pressure homogenizer

T means under the triple action of extrusion, strong impact and pressure-loss expansion, make the liquid is more uniformly mixed with each other, so that the liquid taste is more soft, the capacity is 1-10T.

Vacuum degasser:

It is mainly composed of degassing chamber, condenser, vacuum pump etc. It is widely used in fresh juice, tea and milk drinks etc. It can remove air (oxygen) from liquid, inhibit browning and oxidation of substances, prevent quality degradation, remove particulate gas, prevent foaming from affecting sterilization, reduce corrosion to the inner wall of container, and play an anti-corrosion role.

UHT instantaneous sterilizer:

It is suitable for instantaneous sterilization of liquid materials, such as fruit juice, fresh milk, soy milk and alcohol drink etc. It has such features as high efficiency, energy saving, simple operation and good sterilization effect etc.

CIP(Clean-in-place) System

It is mainly used for cleaning equipment and pipes such as beverage, juice, beer and dairy products etc.
CIP uses centrifugal pump to convoy cleaning liquid into the material pipeline and equipment for full closed cycle cleaning, reducing labor depth and ensuring the quality of beverages.
