1 Brief introduction of Edible Oil Project

1. Raw Oil Seeds Receiving, Storage System

For soybean oil, sunflower oil, rapeseed oil, cottonseed oil, peanut oil, rice bran oil, palm oil processing project raw oil seeds treatment system is the first important section. Soybean shipped from the port, and then be received by grain unloading pits, After cleaning up, the seeds is transited into each silo for storage, pour warehouse and distributed operations, and finally by scraper conveyor into the pretreatment plant.


2. Pre-treatment and Prepressing workshop


These oil seeds will be cleaned up through metering, screening, magnetic separation and gravityde-stone, through flaking, drying and secondary peeling into flaking mill, and then flake by the conveyor into bulking machine, bulked material is cooled and dried and then into extraction machine. Bucket elevator feed port, cleaning sieve, de-stoner all equipped with suction device,cyclone dust collector, low-pressure pulse dust collector, finally the standard air into the atmosphere.


3. Solvent Extraction Workshop


Flakes or cake will be obtained from the pretreatment plant and then into extraction plant to get crude oil. The production processes include extraction, wet meal evapo-separation, mixed oil evaporation, crude oil degumming, and solvent recovery process and so on. The feed material come from pre-press plant into the extractor by feeding scraper conveyor, the material in the extractor vessel from the feed port to the discharge port, by blended oil which gradually decreasing its concentration to do spray and soaking, and finally spray with fresh solvent, after drain area will be sent out of extractor and into the wet meal scraper. The most concentrated mixture of oil from the pump into a spin liquid separator to remove impurity after automatic-cleaning filter, and then staging into the mixing oil temporary storage tank. Extracted crude oil is extracted from the bottom of the stripper, and then through first steam mixed oil to finish heat exchange, after cooled by crude oil cooler into degumming system, finally this kind of oil into storage tank outside the workshop.


4. Cooking Oil Refining Workshop


In refining plant, crude oil will through degumming, deacidification, bleaching, dewaxing, fractionation, deodorization and other steps to get GBI oil. In the field of oil refining, fractionation, dewaxing and chemical industry, we own leading technology and equipment, so as to ensure that the refining plant technology and equipment be in the international advanced level. In the oil alkali refining process, we use the model which combined chemical refining process and physical refining process to improve refining rate. In refinery plant, bleaching filter cake blowing technology and advanced deodorization tower technology being regarded as main technical support. Deodorization tower is the key equipment in this section, we use best soft tower structure, which is made of stainless steel, the top of the tower is a filler layer, and its bottom is the floor plate structure. This soft modular tower is most suitable for physical refining.We designed water ring vacuum pump for vacuum system in deodorizing section, which will shorten the boot time, save a lot of steam, and make vacuum system stable. Automatic control system is neural network between modern refinery plant and fractionation plant, the maturity and reliability of the network determines the stability of production. After years of oil refining and fractionation project development, test, improvement till maturity, we made a wealth of experience. Our automatic control production program and system endured high temperature, high humidity, vibration, electromagnetic interference, which has been perfected a lot. In terms of hardware, PLC, programming software, sensors, control valves all with international brands.)
