2 T/㎡ Automatic Anodizing Plant , Titanium Anodizing Machine Drainage Facilities Divided
First, the production line name: semi-automatic anodizing production line.

Third, the production line basic facilities requirements:
1. Production line foundation and plant conditions:
1.1 The function slot of the production line shall be
load-resistant according to the standard factory floor, and the
bearing capacity shall be ≥ 2 tons/M2.
1.2 The accessory equipment is installed in a separate area from
the production line.
1.3 The place where the production line is placed shall be treated
with anti-corrosion treatment according to the standard (PP board).
2. Water supply and drainage system:
2.1 The water supply and pure water supply source interface is
connected by the user to the corresponding workshop of the
production line to facilitate the supplier to install the
production line.
2.2 Water supply pressure: 0.2-0.3Mpa;
2.3 The drainage facilities will be divided into degreasing
wastewater, comprehensive wastewater and dye wastewater. The
supplier shall be responsible for the sub-pipes to be connected to
the designated collection place of the user (within 10 meters
outside the equipment), and enter the user's sewage treatment
station to discharge the standard.
2.4 The production line water (dispensing and cleaning water) is
carried out according to the process requirements and actual
conditions.
2.5 Production line drainage shall be carried out in accordance
with the requirements of “Electroplating Pollutant Emission
Standards” GB 21900-2008.
3, the exhaust system:
The production line needs to be ventilated to have a suction box or
an air hood. The supplier is responsible for the sub-line to be
connected to the exhaust gas treatment tower for treatment (within
10 meters outside the production line), and discharge after
reaching the standard.
4. Power supply system:
4.1 Production line supply voltage: AC380V, 50HZ, three-phase
five-wire system.
4.2 The user needs to direct the power supply to the corresponding
production workshop of the production line to facilitate the
supplier to install the production line.
5. Gas supply system:
5.1 Production line air supply pressure: 0.3-0.8Mpa;
5.2 The user needs to bring the gas source to the corresponding
workshop of the production line to facilitate the supplier to
install the production line.
6, production line working conditions:
