Integrated RTD measures temperature based on the characteristic of changing
resistance of a substance along with temperature. When the medium
being measured shows a temperature gradient, the temperature
measured is the average temperature of the medium in the range
where the temperature sensing element is located.

Industrial integrated RTD is mainly composed of temperature sensing
element, temperature probe, transition protection and signal cable, and equipped with installation and fixing devices.
1 Temperature sensing element: imported Pt100 temperature sensing
element of thin film platinum resistor.
2 Protective tube: According to the type of thermal resistor, the condition of the measured medium and the temperature to be
measured, the tubes made of different materials are selected. The
tubes of thermal resistor are generally made of carbon steel,
various grades of stainless steel, alloy steel and other materials.
3 Installation and fixing device: The installation and fixing
device is for users to install and fix thermal resistor. It is divided into various forms, such as no fixing device, fixed
thread, movable flange and fixed flange.
