Automatic collection of supreme dimension spatial data such as color, shape, size and defect to achieve accurate collection of raw material features, automatic judgment and accurate matching of the optimal selection scheme, independent operation, intelligent identification and intelligent sorting according to the rule of selection.

Intelligent magnetic control high frequency solenoid valve
Independently developed intelligent magnetic control high frequency solenoid valve for color sorter. The valve opens & responds quickly, improving the finished product accuracy; the valve closes crisply and neatly, reducing the defective product taken out. Valve flexible contact, service life of 60-100 billion times, compared with similar products 10-30 billion times. Independent research and development of intelligent repair technology to reduce maintenance costs.

High speed feeding system
Patent high frequency vibrator, antioxidant anode treatment chute, greatly enhance production capacity, the output increased by 20%~30% comparing with similar products.
