Product Descrption

The rod-type sucker pump is fixed and sealed with the sucker rod into the predetermined position in the tubing, so it is also called "insertion pump". It does not need to lift the tubing when checking the pump. It is convenient for operation and suitable for use in deep wells. ; Reduce the operation of the upper shackle of the oil pipe and extend the service life of the oil pipe; the pump body of the rod-type oil pump can swing around the fixing device, which is suitable for inclined wells.

Technical Performance & Characteristics

1. The pump barrel is made of high-quality special tubes, and the internal surface is hardened through chrome or nickel-phosphorus plating, resulting high strength, rigidness and corrosion-resistant performance.
2. The surface of the plunger is subject to build-up welding with nickel-based alloy powder, thus the corrosion-resistant performance is enhanced.
3. The valve ball and seat are made of high carbon chromium stainless steel, tungsten carbide, titanium carbide or other materials, thus its service life is extended.
