Silicon Dioxide For Photo Paper Coating
Silicon dioxide inkjet printing media is our most standard of color
ink substrate surface coating of adsorption material. The product
has a high pore volume, high reducibility and absorption. This
makes the dye nonproliferation, not cross color, high clear. So
that the pictures distinguish ability is high and colorful. During
printing, the ink is jetted to the surface of paper, moisture it
will be absorbed into inner surface coating. The ink-jet printing
sorbent in the middle of coating, absorb the moisture quickly. This
preventing the dyes in ink nonproliferation and keeping inks being
smooth and clear edge.
1, Strong absorbency: When it is printing, the ink is jetted to the
surface of paper, the moisture is rapidly absorbed and filtered
into the inside of coating. The silicon dioxide sorbent in the
middle of coating, it can absorb the moisture quickly. So ensure
that the dyes in ink do not spread, no string of color, keep
smoothly and clearly edge.
2, Excellent coating performance: The particle size of silicon
dioxide distribution uniformity and better dispersion, it can avoid
fish eye, pit of the coating surface, the flatness, smooth
performance of dry film will be better.
3, Clear color reproduction: Optimized color vividness, saturation,
resolution, level, etc., improve the print quality.
