4. Material substitution treatment

The main difficulty and challenge for foreign projects is on the material substitution plan because the original desgin is often in ASTM/ASME standard for all the workmanship and materials, after complete discussion between technicians and engineers of mutual parties, we finally worked out the most applicable Chinese standard and material substitution plan for all these isssues so as to meet the ISO standard of construction code and steel structure
