Ultrasonic vibrator principle:
The horn is a passive device that does not generate vibration itself. It simply changes the amplitude of the input vibration and then transmits it out, completing the impedance transformation. The main components of the ultrasonic welder:
The ultrasonic welding machine is mainly composed of the following
parts: a generator, a pneumatic part, a program control part, and a
transducer part. The main function of the generator is to convert
the power frequency of the power frequency 50Hz into high-frequency
(for example, 20KHz) high-voltage waves by using electronic
circuits; the main function of the pneumatic part is to complete
the pressure and pressure holding work in the process; Partially
control the workflow of the whole machine to achieve a consistent
processing effect; the transducer part converts the high-voltage
electric wave generated by the generator into mechanical vibration,
and transmits, amplifies, and reaches the machined surface.
At present, there are two kinds of generators that are widely used
in China: one is a bridge type power amplifier circuit represented
by American BRANSON company, and the protection circuit adopts
phase protection, and the working frequency is generally 20KHz. The
advantage is that the electric conversion efficiency is high, the
disadvantage is that the frequency adjustment inductance has a
narrow adjustment range and the frequency tracking performance is
poor; another disadvantage is that the power cannot be made very
large, and the maximum is the 3KW left vibration friction welding
machine right; the other is Taiwanese machines generally use Class
B power amplifiers, overcurrent protection, and bridge feedback.
The advantage is that the power can be made larger (such as 4.2KW),
the frequency tracking performance is good, and the working
frequency of 15KHz is generally used in the case of high power. The
disadvantage is that the conversion efficiency is low, the working
frequency of 15KHz is heard by the human ear, reflecting the noise,
and there are also machines using automatic frequency tracking
technology in Switzerland, Germany and Japan. Because of its high
price, it is not common in China.
