Description of palm oil machine:
1. Sterilizing :
In general, fresh fruit bunches should be sent into palm oil
extraction equipment in 24 hours after harvest to prevent palm oil
acid value increase caused by fatty enzymes. Palm bunches
sterilizing also inactivate fatty enzyme with high
temperature to prevent enzyme break palm oil chemical structure.
The palm fruit proportion is about 60% of the FFB. In this section,
we always use rotating drum thresher to separate palm fruit from
the bunches.Palm fruit threshing machine is the main equipment of
palm oil machine.
3. Crashing :
The purpose of crushing is to destroy palm skin, separate the palm
pulp and nuts, pound palm pulp and to damage the cell structure of
palm pulp by heating at the same time, which avail the latter
In palm oil extraction plant, palm oil screw press is common

Process flow of palm oil refining machine:

Impurity removal. Impurity of extracted palm oil must be removed in
order to reduce losses and increase yield of palm oil in palm oil

impurity of extracted palm oil under 0.2%, thus improve degumming

Intermittent process preheats palm crude oil to 80 ~ 85 ℃. The
amount of water in crude oil bases on colloid content, and
generally 3-5 times of the gum content, water temperature at 85 ~
90 ℃ (5 ℃ higher than oil temperature).

Heat degummed vegetable palm oil to 25 ~ 135 ℃, dehydrated into a

0.1% (after degumming of crude oil via the oil contained in the
0.3% to 0.5 % of the water will affect the adsorption capacity of
bleaching clay section).
Decolorization process of palm oil refining machine
Degumming of palm oil can remove grease in oil pigment to improve
oil color, adsorption of aflatoxin and trace metals, phospholipids,
other gum and other impurities. It ensures high quality of palm oil
and improves oil stability.
Deodorization process of palm oil refining machine
Control oil temperature to 250 ~ 270 ℃ when decolorized palm oil
enters into deodorizer, in direct steam injection, the free fatty
acids, ketones, aldehydes and other impurities are removed from the
oil, the thermal decolorized action also occurs, and the pigment
composition is cleaved distilled from the oil. Deodorized vacuum
