This technology utilized catalyzing treatment during chemical
processing. Our company developed a kind of composite catalyst,
through catalyzing, the harmful substances are selectively
processed, for example, polymerization, shielding, passivation
effect and discharged as residues, so as to remove the unstable
factors of the waste lubricating oil, make it became qualified
lubricating base oil.
This technology is different from the traditional distillation
process with sulfuric acid,it is also different from the current
hydrogenation technology. The process of this technology is:
Catalyzing treatment of waste lube oil (including gasoline engine
oil,diesel engine oil ect. almost all sorts of recyclable waste
oil), and then distill to new lube base oil. The oil will not mean
to oxidate and change color, no odour. The residues can be used as
fuel, it will not make secondary pollution. This technology is high
automatic, the operation is simple, no complicate operation
control, easy to learn and understand, low labour intensity, 1-2
persons are enough and no special requirement. .

Why DIR oil refinery distillation machine( DIR used oil vacuum
distillation plant ) is needed?
Used oil should not be thrown away, while it gets dirty. Used oil
contains contaminants, but it can be recycled with some technology.
In this way, we can not only protect our environment, but also we
save some natural resource. So there are many people around the
world recycling used oil, taking measures to do that is meaningful.
Waste oil contains too much contamination, including
non-hydrocarbon, alkene, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon, metal
hydronium, impurities, metal particles, asphaltene and colloid etc.
The traditional technology only can refine the wasted oil to base
oil, which can’t be used directly. Fortunately, our company made great efforts to find new technology
in vacuum distillation plant, which can distill all kinds of waste oil into available oil with
high recovery rate. This plant is easier to operate at lower cost.
The purpose of waste oil vacuum distillation plant is to re-refine industrial waste oil(including equipment lubricants, metal-working oil and
process oil) and used automotive lubricants( such as engine oil, hydraulic oil and gear oil), then reuse it.
Distillation is the physical separation of components of
lubricating oil by boiling range. Depending on the type of
distillation, the boiling ranges can produce gases and gasolines at
the lower boiling points with heavy lubricating oils being distilled at
higher boiling points. Distillation is the core process for a
facility capable of producing re-refined base-oils to virgin base-oil quality.
