Usage of WRY conductive oil pump
It is widely used in many industries like oil, construction, spinning and so on. It is mainly used to transport the slightly corrosive hot liquids without solids in it. The working temperature will be ≤350℃.
Structure features
1. Introducing the overseas technologies and doing research and development, we come out with this second generation product.
2. With the double ball bearing being the supporting structure, we add lubricant to the front part of the pump and grease to the back of it. We set a oil pipeline in the middle part of it to check the sealing situation and the recycling of the conductive oil.
3. The heat will be radiated naturally and unlike the traditional water cooling structure, its structure is simpler and the volume is small. The running cost is cheap and its performance is good. The equipment is reliable and safe.
4. WRY series products are made of Teflon materials which have good adaptability to heat. Thus, it can maintain good sealing property under high temperature.
The installation and the inspection of the equipment unit
The installation and the inspection of the equipment unit
1.The life span and the proper operation of the pump is much affected by the installation of the pump. Thus it’s important to carefully install it.
2.The height, the length and the diameter of the pump shall be calculated before. And shorter is better.
3.There must be support for the outlet and the inlet of the pipes. We can’t place pipe’s load on the pump;
4.Choose a vast place to install the pump to convenient the maintenance and inspection and the heat dissipation.
5.Installation order:
(1) place the unit on the foundation constructed before;
(2) Loosen the coupling and place the level on the pump shaft and on the foundation. Adjust it to horizontal level and then tighten the bolt.
(3) Fill in the concrete to the foundation and the bolt hole.
(4) After the concrete is dried, check to see id there’s any loose. If not tighten the bolt on the ground.
(5) Adjust the level of the pump shaft and the motor shaft. The circular runout shall not be more than 0.1mm. the interval between two couplings shall be 2-3mm. When carrying out the inspection of the couplings, the circular run-out shall not be more than 0.1mm either. We adjust the motor to the pump and we can add fat mat to make the level even.
(6) Connect the pipelines and decide the rotating direction of the motor, then we shall connect the coupling and finally check the coaxiality of excircle.
Maintenance of the oil pump:
After install the pipes and the pump, we shall close the valve. Then we can do the pressure test to ensure that the sealing is good enough and there won’t be any leakage.
1 Preparations before the operation:
(1) Clean the site and loosen the bolt. Add the conductive oil. If the pump is over 110KW, we shall fill in the oil from one side till it spills from other side. Touch the coupling during the filling procedure and tighten the bolt till there’s no bubble.
(2) Check the rotating direction of the motor to see if it is the same as that of the pump.
(3) the coupling pump shall be rotated flexibly by hands.
(4) Fill the pump with the conductive oil to get rid of the air. The R sluice valve shall be closed.
(5) The conductive oil shall be heated at the beginning. The pre-heating will be done by the pump. Severe shake shall be avoided. We must stop to check if there’s any emergency.
Standard for the pre-heating treatment: the temperature of the pump shell shall be lower than 40°C. the speed shall be 50°C /hour. We shall loosen the bolt to 0.3-0.5 mm when pre-heat it and remember to tighten the bolt after the treatment.
(6)Before we start, we shall check to see if there’s any looseness in the foundation and in the bolt as well as the sealing situation.
2. Start
(1) Thoroughly check if the preparation work has been done.
(2) Turn on switches of meters
(3) Power-on. When the pump reaches the normal speed and the figures shown on the gage is proper, we shall open the sluice valve gradually and adjust to the needed conditions. The working time shall not exceed 3 min when the sluice valve is closed.
