Q: How to get the quotation for my interested item?

You may send us an e-mail including the item#, estimated order qty, movement type, packing type etc. The more information is offered, the accurate price you will get, normally you enquiry will be responded with 1 working day.

Q: Is it possible that I place an order less than the MOQ?

Yes, it is possible; You can even buy only 1 piece. please send your enquiry with your order quantity. The price of the small quantity order is higher because of the LCL charge. The more you ordered the better price you would get.

Q: May I have the sample of my interested item?

Yes, product samples are available, but the sample cost and courier cost would be paid by client. However, we would return these cost to client after client place bulk order. Normally the sample will be sent within 1 week.

Q: What’s the payment term if I want to place an order?

You may have 2 options: 1) 30% deposit is requested to start the production and the balance can be paid after production and inspection . 2) If your order amount is exceed US$50,000 you may establish a L/C through a requested bank which is acceptable by us.

Q: How to make sure the order was proceeded according to my request?

We will confirm every production details with you before bulk production. And when the production finished, you may indicated a QC to carry out the finish inspection, or our QC will carry out the final inspection and send you photos and inspection report under you request.

Q: is OEM/ODM order possible?

Yes, OEM/ODM order is welcomed. If a new mould need to be setup, the mould charge need to be on your account, which could be refunded when your total order qty exceed 20,000 pcs.
