Main Features of sandwich panel production line
- Panel from the continuous sandwich panel production line is a
composite structure consisting of two external facings and an
insulating core. The core can be flexible with Polyurethane,
Mineral Wool, Glass Wool, PIR, Phenolic or EPS. Various profiles
are available according to customer's requirement with pre-painted
steel sheets, PVC sheets, Aluminum paper or other similar supports;

900-1200mm wide, 30-150mm thick, the valid length of double belt

Panel automatically cutting system

Sandwich foaming line
1.Two sets of conveyor rack: up conveyor is about 24m, down conveyor

machine to preheating room and to foaming,to cutting.

it could heat up the steel sheet to 25-38 by heater.

for foaming : it adopt Chinese high pressure pump. It have the
temperature control system and material-level monitoring system.
