Q: Do you manufacture synthetic rattan with aluminum frame? What thickness do you use for aluminum?
A: Yes, we produce synthetic rattan with power coating aluminum frame, and the aluminum tube thickness is 1.2mm,1.5mm and 1.8mm ,Normally we do 1.2mm.it is light and strong. It is depend on customer request.

Q: Do you manufacture all rattan size: flat 7mm/13mm/24mm, semicircle 6.5mm, round 3mm? Have more qualities please ?
A: Yes, we can do all size. Please don't worry. (7mm/8mm/9mm flat rattan is quite popular here) we also have other size(such like 8.5mm,10mm,11mm,12mm and so on).It is depend on customer request.

Q: Do you provide also polyester cover for cushions foam with zip?
A: Yes, we did waterproof polyester fabric for cushion cover with zip.
We usually do 160g, 180g, 220g and 250g for fabric; 25g density for foam or customized.

Q: What about your thickness sizes about cushions?
A: We normally do 10cm for sofa, 5cm for chairs/armchairs and sunbed.5-15cm for swing chairs depend on items, and it is also customized.

Q: How many colors you have for rattan and for cover cushions? Could you provide some samples?
A: Normal order we all have, such like white, black, grey and brown or customized.
Fabric: white, cream, grey, brown, black and blue or customized as well.
No problem to provide samples.

Q: Could you provide samples or LCL container for start cooperation about first order and then can test quality in the same time?
A: Yes, we understand this.it is ok.

Q: What about incoterm and terms payment?
A: Normally we do FOBningbo,30% deposit in advance,70% pay by copy of B/L(it means container loaded already)
L/C at sight is no problem as well.

Q: What about delivery times for 20'ft, 40'ft and 40'HQ orders?
A: Normally 20"ft: 20days,
40"ft and 40"hq: 30days,
It will changes If new order and new sample and mixed container factors.

A: Ok, No problem. OEM is welcome.

Q: What about warranty, durability of your products? Because some of them will have to stay outside 100% (with rain season, sun, humidity ...) ?
A: 1 year warranty for cushion fabric, if the cushion fabric tear, mildew or color fade excessively within one year from the date of purchase.
2 years warranty for woven wicker furniture and structure.(broken frame, welds, weave unravels or color fades within two years from date of purchase.
Warranty for 2 years excluding wear and tear, damage caused by human reason.
Even best quality products can't soak in the water for long time as well. Suitable maintenance is also necessary.
