The production process is mixing, extrusion, baking, flipping cake, falling cake, filling, over lying, stamping. Automatic production adopts photoelectric, electricity, and pneumatic control. The finished product has fine texture, soft and moist taste. You could use sweet bean paste, chocolate liquor and other fillings as dorayaki filling.
