◙Performance and Purpose

Ochemate MSA306 is a kind of organic copolymer anti-scaling agent via the most advanced high throughput combinatorial chemistry technology in the world for reverse osmosis membrane system, which can effectively avoid deposit of inorganic salt and barium sulfate and strontium sulfate on the surface of reverse osmosis membrane, which still have good dispersing effect even the concentration of BaSO₄get to 250 times and the SrSO₄get to 120 times., can well control CaCO3, CaSO4 scales. It allows normal function under LSI<2.8,and can well control SrSO₄、BaSO₄、CaF₂and SiO₂scales. It is applicable to all membrane products of Dow. Filmtec, GE, Hydranautics, TORAY, SAEHAN and other world major manufacturers. can produce drinking water (conform to ANSL／NSF60 Certification Standard). It is applicable to water quality conditions with high silicon.

◙Application Method

Input Ochemate MSA306 into dosaging barrel (or container), dilute with the actual state. Continuously input by metering pump before cartridge filter. The dosage concentration is generally 2.0～6.0mg/l VS inflow water. The accurate dosage is determined by the Ochemate special software. Please consult our technical service engineer before using the product. The technical service engineer will give suggestions on use as per your system status.

◙Preparation and use

Ochemate MSA306 should dilute with RO producing water, the principle for preparing amount is using up within 3～5 days. It should check the container if clean when repreparing, if necessary, please wash it before adding. The dilute rate is suggested to no more than 10 times, please obey following principles:

◙Notice

Ochemate MSA306 can only be compatible with Ochemate GPF8112 flocculating agent. if used with flocculating agent of other brand, compatibility test shall be made as condensation reaction will occur if it is used with incompatible agent to serious pollute membrane.

◙Package and Storage

Ochemate MSA306 is packaged with polyethylene plastic barrel, with 25kg/barrel; Room temperature in 25°C is recommended. Please keep it in cool and dry place, its quality guarantee is 18 months.

◙Safety and Safeguard

Ochemate MSA306 is trace weak acid product. Therefore, safety protection articles shall be correctly worn during operation including rubber gloves and goggles to avoid touching with skin and eyes.
