Our Jinlai Induction Heating Machine is divided into four series according to output frequency:

Heat Penetration

Trough induction heating to make the internal temperature of heated parts to be equal to the surface temperature approximately.

Hot forging and hot rolling of fastener, hardware tool, automobile/motorcycle fittings, rigging, pipe fitting , twist drill

Bigger for workpiece, lower for selected frequency. e.g. bar forging

If workpiece diameter is bigger or heating required is quicker, the power selected will be higher

φ16x40 fastener: JL-40 or JLZ-30

Brazing

Brazing is the process of joining two or more pieces of metal or cermic material with a molten filler metal such as silver, aluminum alloy or copper. Induction brazing is a new technology, it is characterized by good working condition , high production efficiency , safe operation , good joint appearance without acid cleaning and oxidation removing.

Diamond saw blade, hard alloy cutting tools(turning tool , milling cutter , drilling bit ), mould mining tools ( bore bit, coal puncheon ), compressor pipe fitting of refrigerator, cooper wire of transformer , induction brazing of cooper/silver/tin of automobile fittings.

The diameter of parts is smaller, the frequency is higher.

The diameter of parts is bigger, the frequency is lower.

e.g. Below 20 lathe tool, frequency range from 50-100KHZ

Above 20 lathe tool, frequency range from 10-50KHZ.

The heated area of base metal is bigger, the power is higher. The heating cycle of the individual is faster, the power is higher.

e.g. Brazing of diamond circular saw blade: JL-5 or JL-15

Heat Treatment

Heat treating is controlled heating and cooling of a metal or alloy to change its crystal structure while maintaining its shape, and then the metal obtains different mechanical properties.

e.g. Hardening, annealing, normalizing and tempering

Hardening and annealing of gear, arbor wheel, chain gear, guide rail of machine tool , hardware tools, cooper wires, cooper belt, stainless steel and automobile/ motorcycle fittings.

Frequency of hardening depends on the depth of quenching layer: the depth is deeper, the frequency is lower; the depth is lower, the frequency is higher.

The hardening area is bigger, the power is higher; the hardening area is smaller , the power is lower. The hardening depth is lower, the power is higher; the hardening depth is deeper, the power is lower. e.g. Hardening of φ20 axis surface: JL-40

Melting

Heating metals in a non-conductive crucible to enable the metal being melted down to liquid form

Melting of gold, silver, cooper, aluminum, steel,iron etc

Selection of frequency depends on capacity of furnace. The capacity is smaller, the frequency is higher; The capacity is bigger, the frequency is lower.

The power depends on the weight of melted metal and melting time for one furnace.
