Electroless Nickel Plating on Al2O3/AlN Ceramic Substrates

According to the content of phosphorus in nickel phosphorus alloy, It can be divided into low phosphorus, medium and high phosphorus. The content of phosphorus will have a great influence on the coating structure in electroless nickel plating process, with the increaing phosphorus content, coating structure transform from crystalline to microcrystalline, then form amorphous coating. The content of P element significantly affects the physical and chemical properties of chemical nickel plating layer.
Therefore, application of electroless nickel plating layer is divided by the phosphorus content in deposit.
Application of nickel phosphorus alloy:
