Product introduction
Used for gas leakage test, Shineeast well control device gas
leakage test system can meet the delivery inspection for the
drilling blowout preventer, Christmas tree and wellhead device,
flexible choke & kill hose, oil field wellhead and well control
equipment, downhole tools and sealing component, valve, pipeline,
pressure vessel etc. And meanwhile it can meet the high pressure
and ultra-high pressure gas leakage test for the above products.
And also for scientific research and inspection departments used as
testing tools.

API 16A, API 16C, API 6A, SY5156 etc, wellhead and well control
equipment pressure test standards.

With compressed air or nitrogen as testing medium, it can realize
various pressure levels gas leakage test of 35MPa, 150MPa, 140MPa,
210MPa etc.
The whole test will be automatic control, and all test settings and
operation can be completed by automatic console, and it can also
realize controlling each valve manually and remotely, achieving
all-round pressure test under unmanned scene.
Pressure, time curves, real-time display and all kinds of data
storage can be automatically generated on the computer, and
printing out inspection report is readily available.
It can realize all-round monitoring test object, with overall video
data compression inventory.
Double pressure relief device of computer automatic discharging
pressure and manual discharging pressure, is more safety and
reliable.
The equipments, with mature technology, have been used by domestic
companies for many years.
Complying with electrical industry standards, the electrical
control part adopts the well-known brand industrial controlling
computer and data acquisition card (American NI); software program
is based on the labview program development environment, with
stable control performance and reliable data.
Industrial nitrogen bottles, nitrogen generator and nitrogen
booster system and high-pressure air compressor are available.
