Product Description
(CE) Flat Type Al/Pl or Al/Al Blister Packing Machine (DPP-260S) is
widely used for capsules, tablets and other related objects, as all
kinds of shapes of foil (PTP) / Pharmacy PVC or Cold form alu /
foil (PTP) combined seling packing. Machine (DPP-260S) works as
follows: 1. Thermoforms PVC or Tropical alu to make blisters; 2.
Tablets pushed into blister by machine brush; 3. Foil applied over
blisters and heat sealed; 4. Blister card is die cut.
Product Feature
1. Moulds of this machine are very convenient and fast to change.
Because the mould can push into its position by the handle through
the rail, and locked. The disassembly of mould do not need screw
wrench. 2. Worm wheel Reductor:Main machine overloading protect
with lower noise and stabile running. 3. Adjustable range of
stroke:Can change the stroke dimension freely to suitable more
kinds of product. 4. Online mechanical or photography detection and
rejection device with 99.9% rejected rate(option). 5. Double
mechanical shafts with spline shaft transmission adopted to ensure
synchronization stabile running. 6. Touch screen with PLC mould
