Radiant floor heating PEX-A pipe systems
PEX-A stands for peroxide cross linked polyethylene. The molecular chains are linked into a three dimensional network that makes PEX-A durable over a wide range of temperatures and chemicals.
PEX-A piping is being used in radiant floor heating systems because it can withstand the extreme stresses of such an installation: expansion and contraction, mechanical abrasion, shearing and stretching.
Advantage:
1) Large temperature resistant area, high pressure resistant
2) Anti-corrosion, water hammer noise free
3) Smooth interior pipe surface, low fluid resistance, large
outpouring capacity
4) long life cycle (50 years working life under 70℃)
5) Clean and sanitary, no oxygen seeping
6) Antistatic, fire retardant, frost resistant, shock resistant
7) Easy to bend, no rebound
8) Lightweight, easy to carry and store
9) Few sockets, leakage decreasing
10)Easy to install, extensive applicability
