Structural features:
This machine adds the working procedures of tropic aluminum molding
and sealing on the basis of Model 250 blister packing machine,
resulting in the achievement of products in pharmacy (e. G. Big and
small medicinal pills or Chinese and western tablets), foodstuff,
medical instruments and health products etc. It adopts the
principles of Model 250 blister packing machine. It belongs to
guide-rail type. It is easy to adjust molds and accurate to locate.
Due to the adding of tropic aluminum molding and hot-air mechanism,
the length of machine needs to be lengthened 1. 8 meters. As a
result, a separated structure is adopted which is convenient to
transport. Other manufacturers use mold clamp with male and female
face. However, a lap of groove will be left on the sheet, and
traction range has to be lengthened 2mm so as to cut this groove as
wasted border. Therefore, it is a great waste of raw materials.
Aiming at the problem of molding clear and smooth. Furthermore,
there is no need to lengthen traction and thereby 2mm materials can
be saved for every time of blanking, about 2. 5%
