Flat Type Tropical Blister Packaging Machinery (DPP-260SL) is widly applicated in AL/PL & AL/AL & AL/PL/Al blister packing.

Main Feature:

1. Whole machine assemblage of independent components which makes it can install in lift or separate-type clean workshop. It’s easy to be assembled by screw fastening and male pin location.
2. Worm wheel Reductor. Main machine overloading protect with lower noise and stabile running.
3. Adjustable range of stroke. Can change the stroke dimension freely to suitable more kinds of product.
4. Online mechanical or optical fiber or photography detection and rejection device with 99.9% rejected rate(option).
5. Double mechanical shafts with spline shaft transmission adopted to ensure synchronization stabile running.
6. Touch screen with PLC mould adopted,stabile operation and easy maintenance (option).
7. Forming heating plate can close or open automatically. After the heating plate down, the machine will be starting up to reduce the waste of packing material later.
8. It adopts air cushion heat-seal. When stopped, the net pattern will be automatic lift by cylinder. As a result, the blister deformation which caused by thermal radiation will be eliminated; the net pattern will be easy to clean up. Also play a super-pressure buffer will help to extend the life of the machine.
9. In order to get flat plate and good quality sealing,it adapts up and down net pattern concavo-convex to conjugate,double-heat sealing.
10. All parts in contact with drugs, including hopper, stainless steel and are used with non-toxic materials, in line with "GMP" requirements.
