Michael Arnold received a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, and a
doctoral degree in Nutritional Biochemistry and Metabolism at the
Massachusetts Institute of Technology. His doctoral research was in
the field of neuroendocrinology, and focused on the central control
of growth hormone secretion. Dr.
Arnold’s postdoctoral training included two years at Harvard
Medical School as a Research Fellow in Neurology. His research was
conducted in the laboratory of Joseph B. Martin, MD, PhD, the Head
of Neurology at Harvard and at the Massachusetts General Hospital.
