Refund & Exchange Policy

2.Customers must contact customer service first before return or exchange. We will offer you the return shipping address after confirming.

3.Please send us the pictures of the goods and state the reason for exchange or refund. After confirming that the product has not been damaged on purpose, we will exchange the product or offer a refund at once.

4.Please ensure that the products you will return are in the original conditions and no artificial damage, furthermore, the labels should be integral and the package should be complete.

5.You should always get a tracking number and/or proof of shipping from the post office so that you are able to track your parcel in case we do not receive it. We are not responsible for your parcel if it gets lost or misplaced while it is in transit back to our company.
