All shipping is via Ground with either UPS,FedEx or freight and
transit time can vary once shipped to up to 10 business days.If you
are placing a custom order we will note the shipping time required
by the manufacturer.
CANCELLATIONS:If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as
soon as possible. If your order has not shipped from the
manufacturer, we can cancel the order and you will receive a full
refund. However if your order has already shipped, you will be
responsible for the *"ACTUAL" shipping costs in both directions,
along with a 15% restocking fee since the item is shipped direct
from the manufacturer and will be returned to the
manufacturer.Please note that "Free Shipping" no longer applies if
the item is returned. This amount will be also be deducted from
RETURNS:If you are not satisfied with an item, Harbor Views
Boutique offers a money back guarantee on all purchases, excluding
*"ACTUAL" shipping and handling charges.Since merchandise will be
returned to manufacturer please be advised that most manufacturers
charge a restocking fee - usually 15%!The item must be unopened and
in the original packaging (no exceptions). You must notify us
within 5 business days of receipt of item or claim will be denied.

DAMAGES: If an item arrives damaged and you choose to accept
delivery, you MUST note it on the delivery receipt and notify us
ASAP, if you refuse delivery again note it on the delivery receipt
and notify us ASAP. If your item arrived with concealed damage you
must notify us within 5 business days of receipt and you may be
required to submit photo showing damage. We will arrange for
replacement parts from our manufacturers at no cost to you. If
replacement parts are rejected you will be required to follow all
the steps as noted in our Returns section and all applicable fees
EXCHANGES: We do not offer exchanges. Non-Refundable: Shipping and
rush order fees.Custom Items can not be returned or exchanged! We
want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need
to return or exchange an item, please contact us ASAP. Items must
be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition, and in
original packaging. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's
expense. Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so
please note that if you return a product that has free shipping,
our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your
return refund. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit.
Original shipping costs may be waived if exchanging for another
item of same or greater value. Customized orders cannot be returned

- 1 - Does my item require assembly?? In most cases your item will
require some assembly and will come with all parts needed and
instructions for assembly.
- 2 - Will the item look exactly as it does on my computer??? Slight
color variations can occur since every computer monitor has
different resolutions. Also color can vary slightly due to the
lighting used when the image was taken.
- 3 - Are the dimensions exactly as stated??? Harbor Views Boutique
gets all dimensions directly from the manufacturer, however at
times these dimensions are approximate and can vary as much as 2"
in either direction. If purchasing an item and you need an exact
measurement, please contact our office to verify exact dimensions
to be sure the item will fit in the area you require.
- 4 - Will I be charged sales tax?? At present Harbor Views Boutique
is only required to charge sales tax for any purchases ordered from
or delivered to a New York State address.
