CANCELLATIONS:If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped from the manufacturer, we can cancel the order and you will receive a full refund. However if your order has already shipped, you will be responsible for the *"ACTUAL" shipping costs in both directions, along with a 15% restocking fee since the item is shipped direct from the manufacturer and will be returned to the manufacturer.Please note that "Free Shipping" no longer applies if the item is returned. RETURNS:If you are not satisfied with an item, Harbor Views Boutique offers a money back guarantee on all purchases, excluding *"ACTUAL" shipping and handling charges.Since merchandise will be returned to manufacturer please be advised that most manufacturers charge a restocking fee - usually 15%!The item must be unopened and in the original packaging (no exceptions). DAMAGES: If an item arrives damaged and you choose to accept delivery, you MUST note it on the delivery receipt and notify us ASAP, if you refuse delivery again note it on the delivery receipt and notify us ASAP. If your item arrived with concealed damage you must notify us within 5 business days of receipt and you may be required to submit photo showing damage. We will arrange for replacement parts from our manufacturers at no cost to you. • 3 - Are the dimensions exactly as stated???
