 26/2/1999 against Ahmad Atiyyeh Hasan Abu Mustafa, he was
arrested on 22/2/1999 
*3 No. 34 from the above list, President Yasser Arafat approved the
execution against Alan Mohammed Bani Odeh on the 12/1/2001, it
 was implemented on 13/1/2001 by gun fire with the presence of 8
members of the family of martyr Ibrahim Bani Odeh.
*4 No.35from the above list, President Yasser Arafat approved the
execution against Majdy Mohammad Mikkawi on the 12/1/2001, it
was implemented on 13/1/2001 by gun fire at Arafat Police College
 in Gaza.
*5 No. 46 from the above list, Khaled Sa’diAl-‘Akkeh was shot by the
administration of Gaza Central prison on 9/9/2001, and they claimed
that he tried to run away.
*6 No. 56 from the above list, Execution has been implemented on
07/08/02 against Bashier al-'Atari, he was arrested on 01/06/2002.

 Emad Al Deeb (30) one year imprisonment for having stolen money.

 was  reported in  14/4/2004, the criminal court of Gaza had sentenced,
 ( Eyhab, Rami and Abed Al Fatah) ) to death in 13/4/2004  by hanging for
 murdering & Raping Mayada Abu Lamthi in24/9/2003 ( and the fourth
 one Said Zuhed was reseved a life sentence)
