The bi-monthly publication of the PHRMG:

Al-Aqsa Intifada 2000
INHUMANE ACTIONS AGAINST HUMANITY

Recent Reports of the PHRMG

The PHRMG has prepared a report on the first forty days of the al-Aqsa uprising, covering the events that occurred in the Palestinian territories, including East Jerusalem. The purpose of this report is to highlight the general pattern of the clashes, with specific sections on the type of force used by the Israelis (means and methods of combat), the civilian casualties (children, medical personnel, journalists), damage to infrastructure, the effects of the closure and the violence initiated by Jewish settlers in the territories. The PHRMG hopes thereby to raise awareness in the Israeli public of the Palestinian viewpoint on the clashes, and to find a just way to peace by stressing the close link between peace and respect for human rights.
