Carbon black briquette machine is a transformation of a powdery
material into a more convenient size. This is accomplished by
compacting the material with a roller press, sometimes in the
presence of a binding material. The briquettes can be produced with
high or low pressure, and can undergo mechanical or hydraulic
treatment according to the characteristics of the processed
material, finally the desired end product is complete.

The main part of carbon black briquette machine is oppositely
rolling roller forming device. It has one pair of forming wheel
with a parallel axes, same diameter and a certain gap of cylinders.

same shape and same size, lining regular.
By the driving of motor, these two forming wheels runs oppositely
with same speed, when material falls into the wheels center, and be
pressed on the junction, at this time, raw material bring volume
compression between corresponding two hemisphere nests;
The forming wheels continue running, hemisphere nests closed
gradually, forming pressure gradually increased, it reaches top
when the two side hemisphere nests are nearest to each other. Then,
forming running make hemisphere nests’ separated gradually, the
forming pressure decrease following. Before forming pressure
reaches 0, the briquetted carbon black start to swell and taken off
At the bottom, installed linear screen, that can screen finished
briquettes and small amount of broken material naturally. The
qualified briquettes are transported to chain plate dryer by belt
conveyor, broken ones are recycled through the belt conveyor to

Packing and Delivery: Seaworthy packing as per export container
rules, bigger items loose stuff in container and small parts will
be tied up in a bundle put into steel boxes or plywood boxes.
Delivery will be arranged based on busy or low producing season in
our factory, single set machine is normally not more than 40 days,
production line is in 2 month.
