System overview

Train Driving Simulator is a system that simulates the actual operating conditions of the train to train the drivers, applicable for:

Personnel training: to train the new drivers, on-the-job drivers and offwork drivers. Evaluation check: to organize the qualification evaluation, competence verification, promotion examination, etc.

Case analysis: to simulate the playback of major accident case, major traffic accident, traffic death accident, etc.

Study platform: for study on operation skills, preparation of train operation chart, assisted analysis for cause of accident, transport organization scheme, etc;

Foreign exchange, etc.

System function

Simulating the operating conditions, manipulation function, traction / brake characteristic, and electrical control logic characteristics of trains under normal operating condition, and evaluating the whole operating process of the train;

Simulating various faults of trains in a correct and comprehensive way, and providing fault identification and treatment functions, and reflecting the treatment results of faults by operators;

Able to simulate all dangers or emergencies possibly encountered by the drivers in actual operating lines;

The instructors are allowed to set and manage the training process, and monitor and instruct the examination process;

Simulate the trainees’ observation and comments functions for the training process.

Train driving simulator

According to the user’s actual needs and cost factor, we can provide simulators of different configurations and levels, as to respectively satisfy the training simulation requirements of initial, intermediate and advanced levels.

I. Desktop Driving Simulator

The desktop driving simulator is able to simulate the conditions where the equipment in the real driver’s cab and the train run. Trainees can accomplish independent learning of train driving knowledge and achieve basic training and examinations for train driving and emergency treatment, etc. The desktop driving simulator is suitable for initial training.

II. Part-task simulator

Part-task simulator is a kind of equipment that simulates the real driver's cab in the way of few panels, and partially simulates the conditions where the trains are operated. The trainees can undergo training on treatment of train driving and vehicle failures and examinations with the aid of a compact driving simulator. The part-task simulator is applicable for initial and intermediate trainings.
