The components are repaired in strict accordance with process
operation instruction and process flow. After being repaired, the
components meet technical requirements of customers and accord with
repair standards of corresponding industries. Take repaired bend
axle for example, the micro-hardness is HRC50~55; the clad layer
shear strength is more than 35-45Kgf/mm2; the abrasive resistance is equal to or more than the
high-frequency quenching value of No.45 steel; there is no visible
connection line between the clad layer and the matrix; the clad
layer, with the one-time cladding thickness of 4mm (in the
diametrical direction), has firm and smooth surface with fine
texture after being processed, has table property at the
temperature of below 300℃, is firm and does not peel off.
After being repaired, components such as engine bodies, connectingrods, pistons, cylinder heads, camshafts, tail shaft white steel jackets and bearing bushes meet the
repair technical standard requirements of CCS and the Ministry of
Railways in terms of quality and are checked and accepted by
accepters specified by CCS and The Ministry of Railways.
