This workshop trains entry level & intermediate techs the
secrets of the repair business. All Participants are encouraged to
bring 3 to 4 machines of ANY Brand to the workshop, including
sergers, and embroidery machines, to repair.
Class space is limited to six so sign up early. All will
participate in each repair process. Instructions will be emailed
upon signing up.

You will gain valuable knowledge that would normally take years to
learn on your own. In this hands-on three day workshop you will
Proper tooling selections, simple process to cleaning, lubrication
You will learn the how to's in proper machine threading, how the
different machines insert needles properly.
We will devote much training time covering needle and hook timing
procedures on many different models.
The thread handling mechanisms will be completely covered including
the sewing hook, bobbin case, tension assemblies, position
brackets, plates, and feet.
The feed dog system will be covered including adjusting the feed
dogs timing, and height.
You will learn needle bar timing settings and it relationship with
the needle and hook clearances.
You will learn how to repair and adjust the tension assemblies from
the old to the new. Plus how to balance the upper and lower tension
for perfect stitch quality.
As a bonus, you will you learn how to adjust motors and belts. You
will learn how to adjust the clutch assemblies for smooth

presser feet and more.
